A great representation of the character.
Trailbreaker was one of the few G1 toys that I didn't own, thanks to his scarcity in the UK. Because of this I was incredibly happy to get my hands on Terraegis, who is in my opinion the best of the third-party Masterpiece style Trailerbreakers. The alt mode is a very close match to the animation model (if not an exact one), but it is the bot mode where he really shines. It really does look like the character has leapt off of the screen. His height and proportions are spot on (he's a little shorter than MP Ironhide and Ratchet, but that's a case of them being too tall), and I love the way in which the hood of the vehicle collapses to form a much slimmer chest in bot mode. It really improves the silhouette and elevates it above the other third-party offerings. I also love the head sculpt and the way in which the included attachments can be used to make the figure more toon or toy accurate according to your tastes. The transformation sequence is also easy and intuitive. The only negative I can think of is that said transformation has a habit of rubbing some of the red paint off of his knees, but apart from that he now ranks among my favourite figures.
