1. Shipping & Delivery

1.1 Dispatch Times

In-Stock Items: Orders for items currently in our UK warehouse are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Pre-Order Items: Pre-ordered products are dispatched as soon as they arrive at our warehouse and the final balance payment is cleared.

1.2 Domestic Shipping (UK)

We ship across the UK using fully tracked courier services (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD).

Tracking details will be emailed automatically once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Standard shipping and premium express shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

1.3 International Shipping & Customs Duties

We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Important Notice for International Buyers: Any customs duties, import VAT, taxes, or courier handling fees levied by your country's customs authority are your responsibility. These fees are not included in our checkout price.

If an international shipment is refused and returned to us, any customs charges, return shipping, or courier fees may be deducted from any refund.

1.4 Damaged or Lost Parcels

Collectable packaging is important to our customers. We package all figures with care using protective materials.

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if your parcel is damaged in transit or does not arrive. This allows us to investigate and submit a claim with the courier. This request does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

 

2. Pre-Order Deliveries & Combined Shipping

2.1 Delayed Manufacturer Release Dates

Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers or distributors and may change due to production or shipping delays. Product pages are updated when we receive new information.

2.2 Combined Shipping Orders

If you purchase an in-stock item and a pre-order item together, your order will be held and shipped once the pre-order item arrives.

If you want in-stock items delivered immediately, please place separate orders.

Shipping charges are calculated for a single combined shipment.

 

3. Returns & Cancellations

3.1 Your 14-Day Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Once you notify us of your decision to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

3.2 Condition of Returned Items

You may inspect goods as you would in a retail shop.

For collectables: opening manufacturer seals or packaging may significantly reduce the item’s resale value. If goods are returned opened or used beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect the loss in market value.

Items must be returned securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

3.3 How to Process a Return

  • Email [your store email address] within 14 days of receiving your item, stating your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide our return warehouse address.
  • Send the item back within 14 days of your return request.

3.4 Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or misdescribed.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service. We cannot issue a refund if your returned package is lost or damaged in transit.

 

4. Refunds

4.1 What Will Be Refunded

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund:

  • The price you paid for the product
  • Standard delivery charges (if applicable)

Premium express delivery upgrades are non-refundable.

4.2 Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are issued automatically to the original payment method.

 

5. Faulty or Defective Items

If your item has a genuine manufacturing defect (missing accessory, broken joint, severe paint flaw), contact us immediately with photos.

For faulty items reported within 30 days, we will provide a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund. We cover return shipping costs for defective items.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which provide ongoing protection for faulty or misdescribed goods.
