Welcome to omegalock.co.uk. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “user”) and Omegalock (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Contract
1.1 Eligibility
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- You are at least 18 years old.
1.2 Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase a product. A contract is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation Email.
2. Consumer Rights (14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period)
If you are a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods.
To cancel, please notify us in writing. Goods must be returned immediately, in the same condition you received them. You are responsible for return shipping costs and risk.
3. Price and Payment
3.1 Prices
Prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery costs.
For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties, import VAT, and courier handling fees may be charged by your local authority. These are not included in our checkout price and are your responsibility.
3.2 Price Changes
Prices may change at any time, but not after you have placed a confirmed order.
3.3 Payment Methods
We accept PayPal and other payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are dispatched only after full payment is received. For PayPal orders, we may ship only to confirmed addresses.
3.4 Bank Transfer Orders
If payment is not received within 7 calendar days, the order will be cancelled.
4. Pre‑Orders & Deposit Pre‑Orders
4.1 Standard Pre‑Orders
Release dates are set by manufacturers and may change. We are not responsible for changes to release schedules.
4.2 Deposit Pre‑Orders (Variable Price Items)
Some items have variable final pricing due to international freight fluctuations and currency exchange rates. We display an Estimated Final Price Range on the product page.
By paying a deposit, you secure your allocation. The final price is calculated when the product arrives at our UK warehouse.
4.3 Balance Payment Window
Once the balance invoice is issued, you have 14 calendar days to pay. If unpaid, the pre‑order is cancelled, stock is released, and your deposit is handled according to Section 5.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Before Release (All Pre‑Orders)
You may cancel any pre‑order before the product arrives at our warehouse for a full refund.
5.2 After Arrival (Deposit Pre‑Orders)
Deposit pre‑orders are fully refundable if you choose not to proceed after the final price is confirmed.
5.3 After Dispatch (Cooling‑Off Returns)
- We refund the product price in full.
- We refund standard delivery cost (not express surcharges).
- You must return the item unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- You pay return shipping.
5.4 Abuse of Cancellations
Excessive pre‑order cancellations may result in account restrictions.
5.5 Refund Method
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
5.6 Transactions Older Than 180 Days
If the payment gateway cannot process a refund, we will issue store credit or an alternative refund method agreed with you.
6. Stock Reservation
Stock is reserved for 90 calendar days from the date full payment is received or the date a pre‑order arrives and you are notified. After 90 days, we may release the stock.
7. Shipments & Returns
Full details are available on our Shipments and Returns page.
8. Gift Vouchers
- Valid for one year from issue.
- Can be used for partial payments.
- Can be combined.
- Cannot be used to buy other gift vouchers.
- Promotions do not apply to gift voucher purchases.

9.1 Privacy Policy
All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, civil unrest, natural disasters, transport disruptions, telecommunications failures, or government restrictions.
11. Waiver
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
12. Severability
If any clause is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in full force.
